Does this gig include AI implementation?
No. All packages cover analysis, interviews and a written AI automation roadmap. Coding, tool configuration, integrations, deployment, subscriptions and ongoing support are excluded. Implementation can be scoped and quoted separately through Fiverr.
Who is this service for?
SMEs and growing businesses that want practical guidance on using AI to reduce repetitive work, improve information flow and support decisions. We agree the process scope before ordering; recommendations are tailored to your business and existing systems.
What counts as one business process?
One defined workflow with a clear trigger and outcome, such as lead intake to CRM entry, invoice handling or customer support triage. A whole department or end-to-end business may contain several processes. Please message me so we can agree boundaries.
What will I receive?
A written audit and AI roadmap covering the agreed workflows, bottlenecks, suitable use cases, tool and integration recommendations, priorities, risks, dependencies, estimated effort and success measures. Recommendations reflect the information and access you provide.
How are interviews and delivery handled?
Basic includes a 45-minute interview plus a 15-minute roadmap review. Standard includes 2 total interview hours; Premium includes 4 across relevant staff. Confirm availability before ordering. Delivery is 3, 7 or 14 days after required information is submitted.
Will you recommend AI for every task?
No. I assess whether AI, conventional automation or a simpler process change is suitable. I consider data quality, privacy, cost, reliability, integration and human oversight. Expected benefits are estimates, not guaranteed savings or business results.
Do I need to share confidential data or passwords?
Share only the information needed for the audit. Redacted examples, workflow documents and screen sharing are usually sufficient. Do not send passwords, API keys or personal customer data. Tell me about confidentiality and data handling constraints before we begin.
Can you work with my existing systems?
Yes. I review your current tools, spreadsheets and workflows when forming recommendations. This gig provides an implementation approach, not a technical integration build or production system access. Implementation or further technical validation requires a separate scope.
