Credentialing/ Enrollment specialist:

·        Managing the provider enrollment process in different states (OH, TN, WI, PA, DE)

·        Gathering and submitting necessary documentation, verifying credentials, and following up on the status of applications.

·        Oversee the credentialing process for healthcare providers, which include verifying their education, training, licensure, certifications, and professional references.

·        Handle the re-credentialing process to ensure providers maintain their credentials over time.

·        Maintaining provider databases: Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date provider information in databases.

·        Updating provider profiles, contact information, and any changes in credentials or affiliations.

·        Communication and coordination: As a point of contact for providers, insurance companies, government agencies, and internal stakeholders. Effectively communicating enrollment and credentialing requirements, resolving issues or discrepancies, and coordinating with various parties to facilitate the process.
