How does it work?
This bulk email server setup is a combination of web-application and email server (SMTP server).
We will install one web-application (Front-end) on your domain and this front-end will be connected with your email server for sending emails.
Through this web application, you can send upload/manage your contact lists, create/send your email campaigns and check the statistics, like who opened/clicked your email and when, etc.
This is a complete bulk mailing solution and you will not need any other 3rd party application, software, or service apart from this setup.

You have to purchase one VPS, one sending domain, and minimum of 5 additional IPs for IP rotation. VPS configuration : OS CentOS 7 64 bit minimum 4GB RAM, 40GB Space.

Is there any recurring/monthly cost involved?
We are proving this setup with a one time setup cost and there will be no recurring fees except the server hosting charges, which you need to pay directly to the server hosting providers for using their servers. Apart from this there is no other or any hidden charges.
Can I use SMTP servers with our own email sending software like Sendblaster, Ultramailer etc ?
Yes, you can use any email software with SMTP servers. We will provide SMTP Login information and another credential of your SMTP servers.
Did you manage email campaigns for me ?
Campaign & list management is not included in our offer. However, if you need these services, then you may contact us. The additional charges will apply for these services.
Why are the emails going to spam Folder?
When we create fresh servers with fresh IPs and domain than at that time the sender reputation is neutral. That's why mails are landed on the spam on big ESPs. You must build reputation of your server IPs by warming up them. After you build reputation of your IPs than your mails will go to inbox.
What is IP warming ? Did you provide this services ?
IP warming is the practice of gradually increasing the volume of mail sent with a dedicated IP address according to a schedule. This gradual process helps to establish a reputation with ISPs & ESPs as a legitimate email sender. We will not provide warm-up services but provide you a how-to-do guide.
Did you Guarantee inbox delivery ?
No, we didn't guarantee in the inbox because it depends on the filters of receiving servers. Especially Gmail, Yahoo & Hotmail.
