Hi! I'm Shana, a spiritual life coach of four years. I pride myself in my ability to make others feel safe which helps me help you feel like yourself again. Working with me, means coming as you are. You are enough. Bring all your messiness so we can explore what barriers you have rooted in your thoughts, beliefs, and behavior patterns. Nothing is wrong with you, it is all about what happened to you and discovering how that affects you. You do not have to keep repeating the past. In 2018, I had a near death experience. This provided me with an immense feeling of love for myself, others, and life itself. My legacy is to share this feeling of love. In 2022, I acted on this by undergoing a very intense six-month coaching program where I not only learned how to transform my energy and beliefs but to guide others in doing so too.
I specialize in opening your heart back up through mindset shifts, releasing patterns, forgiveness, rebuilding trust, self-empowerment, and falling deeply in love with yourself again.
