1. Will callers know it's an AI?
It answers naturally in Hindi and English with a custom greeting — not a press-1-for-this menu. Most callers just get their question answered or their appointment booked. It can transfer to a human whenever needed.
2. Do I need special phone equipment?
No. The agent runs on a cloud phone number (Vapi + Twilio). I set the whole thing up and connect it to a number for your business — you don't install anything.
3. Are there ongoing costs?
The build is one-time. Live calls use Vapi + telephony minutes billed to your own account (typically a few rupees per minute). I'll set those accounts up with you. Optional: My Monthly Voice Care subscription to manage and tune it for you.
4. What do you need from me to start?
Your business details, the questions callers usually ask, your booking process/calendar, and your preferred greeting. I'll send a short checklist right after you order.
5. Can it book appointments into my existing calendar/CRM?
