How do you handle all of my projects?
Our clients dearly love our 'Shiny Object Folders' where we add new ideas and then review every quarter so we can focus on the biggest impact projects first - without losing any of your fantastic ideas.
What does this support look like day-to-day?
Every day Mon - Thurs we go through our projects list and review each project, taking the next step, or asking you for information needed to be able to take the next step. We send reminders for any questions that you did not respond to yet and look ahead to plan for any upcoming events/deadlines.
