About this gig
MS Word book manuscript up to 200 pages will be edited and formatted for eBook conversion (mobi or ePub) as detailed below:
- Styles will be defined and applied to chapter headings, paragraph headings, paragraphs etc. for a professional look and feel.
- Images will be optimized with required pixels for proper display; and table data will be formatted and aligned properly.
- Final edited MS Word file will be converted to mobi or ePub format for e-Publishing.
- Converted eBook file will also be validated and tested using eBook Readers for proper display and interactivity.
- Tested & validated eBook file (with reflowable text) along with Word source file will be delivered to you.
Extra Gig: Additional 50 pages of the same book will be formatted (additional $10).

- For manuscript with more than 250 pages, please contact me for customized pricing.
- Cover image to be given by you for including in eBook file during conversion.
- eBook in PDF format with bookmarks for navigation can also be delivered (if desired).

I am qualified as M.Sc in Physics (Electronics) from Mysore University during 1975. I am experienced in product development, production and technical documentation.
My core competency lies in MS Word software skills. I can professionally format MS Word documents suitable for conversion to eBook and print ready PDF files.

Generally publishing sites have e-Publishing guideline document giving step-by-step procedure for error-free conversion to eBook formats.
Whether eBook files (mobi/ePub) will be validated before delivery?
Yes, mobi file will be tested and validated using Amazon Kindle Previewer 3 for proper display and interactivity. Another eBook version ePub file will also be validated and tested with Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 or Calibre eBook Viewer.
Will you address uploading issues if any with the publishing websites?
Yes, I will address all uploading issues till they are resolved and your eBook is successfully published on their website.
