I've extensive experience of detailed quantity takeoff and cost estimation with a proper breakdown of each division seperately. I'm working with international clients directly from last three years.

Takeoff includes:

1. Plumbing: Material and size wise pipes with fittings, plumbing fixtures, equipments, accessories, drains and connections
2. HVAC: Material and size wise ductwork (supply/return/exhaust ductwork seperately if required) with fittings, HVAC equipments, hydronic/glycol/refrigerant piping and accessories.
3. Electrical: Conduits, power and lighting wiring, power fixtures, panels, lighting fixtures/controls, switches and others.
4. Electronic Safety & Security System: Count of fire alarm fixtures along with complete takeoff of data and communication.
5. Can add the prices for scissor lift, crane, travel & subsistence (if required)

Softwares usage:

1. Planswift/Bluebeam
2. Fastpipe (If client provide) for plumbing scope
3. Accubid (If client provide) for electrical scope
4. Excel for detailed breakdown of each division
