What do I need to start working ?
- Your logo in vector/high resolution - Name - Title - Address - Phone - E-mail - Website - Notes/requirements If you don't want to add all of the things stated above, just give the ones you want. Or add anything extra if it's not even mentioned above.
Do any of the packages include Logo Design?
No. In this gig, you will get Business card design Only.
Is final product Print-Ready? Which format?
Yes. We will Provide you Print ready High Quality PDF / JPG / PNG files.
Can I get Different Content on 2 cards?
No. This gig is for 1 person details only. You will have different Design Concepts but with the same details. And if you need to copy your final card to different details it can be done for extra $15 per each copy.
How many person details are included in default packages?
Only 1 person details in all packages. If you want 2 or more than 2 person details on one card, make sure you check gig extras.
What is the use of 3D mockup/image?
A 3D mockup/image is useful for getting a realistic print view of the business card design.
What is a revision?
A revision is a modification of the submitted design and refers to the font, color, the arrangement of elements etc. The revision does not mean a totally new design.
What is our REFUND POLICY?
We do offer refund if the design is not made on lines with your provided info. Mutual-cancelation / refunds are only available before the order is rated/marked as complete by you. Refunds are not available once the process of revision starts on the design chosen.
