Hello! My name is Christopher, and I have been singing professionally and semi professionally for more than 40 years. I learned my craft by singing live in bands when I was younger, then learned the nuances of my craft by recording in professional studios.
I am super excited to lend my vocal talents to your project! I have been called the "vocal chameleon" by many of my colleagues. I will deliver inspired, professional sounding vocal tracks for your tune, recorded on professional quality microphones and audio gear. Note that all background and harmony vocals on my demos are performed by me.
If you're looking for tight, layered 3 part harmony, a single harmony line to accompany a lead vocal, or the full package of lead and background vocals, I can help you with all of this. I also offer services like double tracked vocals, or vocal arrangements.

Hi! I'm Christopher Galen. I have over 40 years experience as a professional and semi-professional guitar player and vocalist, and more than 15 years in the audio/video and music teaching fields. I love all kinds of music, but excel in the genres of Rock, Blues and Country and Americana. Additionally, I am a singer-songwriter with two solo album releases, and an EP on the way next year. FAQ
Why do I need to contact you before ordering?
Vocal projects can be incredibly varied, and contacting me helps us both be sure that I am the right person for your song. Making sure the song is in my range, and in a style that I can sing is very important to whether or not I can complete your project successfully!
Are you a vocal impersonator?
No, I am not a vocal impersonator. What I am is someone who can capture the style and vibe of many genres and singers. If you're looking for someone to sound "exactly like Luke Combs" for example, I'm not your guy! However, I can capture a country sound reminiscent of his style.
Do you use AI to create your vocal tracks?
No! All vocals are sung by me in my studio in Colorado. So if you're looking for a real human being to sing your songs, look no further!
Do you sing songs of a political nature?
No. Generally, I find it best to not engage in songs that are political in nature. However, I will evaluate these on a case by case basis.
What if I don't see exactly what I'm looking for in any of your packages?
I am happy to work with you to create a custom project! Please don't hesitate to message me with any questions you may have.
How will you deliver the vocal tracks?
I will deliver the recordings as raw (dry - no effects) isolated WAV files (24bit, 44.1k stems - different sample rates upon request). That way you will be able to mix and master your song the way you'd like. I am also able to deliver as AIFF and MP3. I can do a rough mix upon request.
Do you accept revision requests after the order has been finalized?
Revision requests that are made after the order is finalized could be subject to an additional charge on a case by case basis. The charge depends on the amount of work required to complete the revision. So please review all files and submit your revision requests before the order is finalized!
Can I release the song with your performance in it?
If you plan on releasing your song in the future on a streaming, video, or any public platform, commercial rights are included in each purchase. I am happy to sign a work for hire agreement, if necessary. If I was part of the composition process - let's have a chat about it!
