Yes. You choose your preferred framework, and I will develop the helpdesk system in Laravel or CodeIgniter to fit your existing app.
How does the email integration work?
The system can send automatic email notifications for new tickets and replies (in all packages). In the Premium package, it also includes an Email Inbox: you connect a Gmail or Office365 account via OAuth2, and incoming emails create tickets. Agents can then manage emails directly from the App.
Is the system responsive and secure?
Absolutely. I use modern coding standards, so the interface is mobile-friendly, and all data handling follows security best practices (input validation, authentication, etc.).
