A private (custom) app is built for your store only — no App Store listing, no review process. A public app is listed on the Shopify App Store and can be installed by any merchant. Public apps require Shopify's technical review, which we've passed six times.
Q: Do I own the code?
Yes. Full source code, repository access, and documentation are yours on delivery.
Q: Can you integrate with my ERP, CRM, or warehouse system?
Yes. We've built integrations with inventory systems, fulfillment providers, accounting tools, and custom databases via REST and GraphQL APIs.
Q: Where will the app be hosted?
Your choice — we can deploy to your infrastructure (Vercel, AWS, Heroku, Fly.io) or set up hosting for you. Hosting costs are separate and we'll flag them upfront.
Q: Can you build Shopify Functions for custom discounts or shipping?
