Q: Which systems can you integrate with?
Anything with an API. We've connected Shopify to ERPs, CRMs, 3PLs, accounting software, marketplaces, and custom internal tools. If your system doesn't have an API, we can often work with CSV or SFTP exchange.
Q: What's the difference between one-way and two-way sync?
One-way sends data in one direction, for example Shopify orders into your ERP. Two-way keeps both systems updated, for example inventory changes in your warehouse update Shopify stock, and Shopify orders reduce warehouse stock.
Q: Is it real-time?
Yes, where the other system supports it. We use Shopify webhooks so changes trigger instantly. Some systems only allow scheduled sync, and we'll tell you during scoping.
Q: Where does the integration run?
On a small middleware server we set up (Vercel, AWS, or your own), or as a private Shopify app. You own it either way.
Q: What if something breaks after delivery?
Every integration ships with logging and error alerts. Standard and Premium include support periods, and ongoing monitoring is available on our monthly maintenance subscription.
Q: Can you replace a Zapier or Make workflow?
