Hi, there. This is Teacher Sharmaine, a licensed professional English teacher. I am currently teaching English and Social Studies in New Zealand. I have been teaching English for more than 10 years now to different kinds of students, ranging from 2 years old to 60 years old. I have a Masters Degree in Linguistics and English Studies. I have completed TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and TEFL.

I was 16 when I started teaching. I'm now 28 and I have taught students from nearly 20 countries so far.

I understand the challenges in communicating with people in English at a native-level accent and I was able to overcome these difficulties with some strategies of my own, and I have been speaking English with a native-level accent for the past 15 years.

In the first session, I will assess your knowledge and speaking level. We will get to know each other and learn about different learning methods.
