Will you submit the bid on Etimad?
Yes. “Bid submissions” refers to preparing written submission content. Account access, identity verification, registration, subscriptions and final portal submission remain your responsibility.
Can you write the entire tender response?
Possibly, after reviewing all questions, lots, attachments and word limits. Listed packages cover the agreed sections and requirement counts, not automatically every item in a complex submission.
Can you help overseas businesses?
