What kind of spreadsheets do you work with?
I work with Excel and Google Sheets files. If your file is in another format (like CSV), send it over and I'll let you know if I can work with it.
What formulas can you fix or build?
VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF and nested IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and more. If you're not sure what you need, just describe what you want to calculate and I'll figure out the right formula.
Do I need to explain exactly what's wrong with my file?
No. Just tell me what you expected to happen and what's happening instead. I'll find the cause and fix it.
Will my formulas break again when I add new rows or data?
I build formulas so they keep working as your data grows, using clean logic and proper references. I'll also tell you if there's anything to watch for when adding new data.
Can you fix my formulas without changing my layout or design?
Yes. By default I keep your layout, formatting, and structure exactly as they are and only touch the formulas. If I think a change would help, I'll ask you first.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your file is used only for your order and is never shared with anyone. I'm also happy to work on a copy with sensitive details removed if you prefer.
How long will it take?
Most fixes are done within the delivery time shown on your package. For large or complex files, message me first and I'll give you an exact timeline.
What if I'm not happy with the result or something still doesn't work?
Message me and I'll fix it. Every delivery includes testing, and I'll revise until the formulas do what you asked for within the agreed scope.
