What file format will I receive?
MP3 by default. WAV at 48kHz 24-bit is available as an upgrade. Just select the HQ Audio File option when ordering.
What if I need changes after delivery?
One round of revisions is included with every order. This covers performance adjustments — pacing, tone, emphasis. Additional rounds are available for $15 each. Script changes beyond minor word adjustments will be quoted separately before work begins.
Can I direct the session live?
Yes. Live directed sessions are available via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Select the Live Direction upgrade when ordering and we'll coordinate a time that works for both of us.
