What do you need to start?
SSH access (root or a sudo user) and a short description. Credentials stay inside Fiverr. I back up every config I touch and tell you exactly what changed.
Do you work on live production servers?
Yes, most of my work is production. I snapshot or back up first where possible, work in a maintenance window if you need one, and document the changes.
