The move can cover files, databases, Linux VPS setup, web server/runtime configuration, DNS, HTTPS, permissions and basic SSH/firewall hardening. Key pages, login, forms and app functions are tested after the move, with a rollback plan ready.

Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send your current host, destination, data size and stack. I'll assess the work and recommend a package or send a custom offer, so you know exactly what's included before ordering.
Can you migrate websites other than WordPress?
Yes. WordPress is one example. Node.js, PHP, Python, static sites, Docker deployments and other stacks can be assessed. Send the runtime, versions and dependencies so I can confirm compatibility and scope before ordering.
Is the destination server setup included?
Standard and Premium include one Linux VPS setup for the agreed workload. Basic requires a prepared compatible destination.
Can you migrate an entire VPS?
These packages cover agreed workloads, files, databases and configuration. A full-server move with multiple services or unusual dependencies requires a custom scope.
My website is infected. Can you help?
I can assess it and quote agreed cleanup and remediation before migration. Malware cleanup is additional and the approach depends on the compromise. Suspicious files are reviewed before transfer.
Will there be downtime?
I plan the cutover to reduce disruption. Actual downtime depends on the application, changing data and DNS behaviour; zero downtime is not guaranteed.
Can you move my email accounts and messages?
Yes, under a separately agreed email-migration scope. Mailbox history is not included in the displayed website/application packages.
Are upgrades and development included?
Minor agreed migration configuration is included. Major upgrades, custom development and substantial compatibility repairs are quoted separately.
Can you move a live WooCommerce store?
Yes, after agreeing a final sync and cutover plan to protect changing order/customer data. Checkout checks depend on available safe test access.
Is a full malware or security audit included?
No. Migration includes the agreed checks and basic destination hardening where listed. Infection investigation and wider security audits require separate scope.
