What do you need from me to start?
Your WordPress admin login. Hosting/cPanel access only if the infection is in server files — I will tell you first if I need it. Please change your passwords after the work is complete.
Will my website design or content change?
No. I take a full backup before touching anything, and my job is only to remove the infection. Your design, pages and content stay exactly as they are.
Will my site go offline during cleanup?
No. Your site stays live for visitors while I clean it in the background.
My site shows casino/gambling or Japanese spam links I never added. Can you remove them?
