Because if you place direct order and we don't have time for your order then it affects badly on our profile even its not our fault because the buyer place direct order without discussing it with us. For the standard and premium packages you will get a free rough sketch of your description before I finalise it into either line art or a full render.

*If you order a full render concept, could you please let me know what rendering style you would like, for example, realistic, painted, cartoony etc.
