Depending on your package, your workbook can include KPI summaries, charts, formulas, conditional formatting, dropdowns, alerts and organised input sheets. Automation means formula-based calculations and status updates within the workbook.
You receive an editable Excel workbook customised to your data and agreed requirements, with checks before delivery. Communication is through written messages.
AI-assisted tools are part of my workflow. Please confirm your data may be processed this way and anonymise sensitive information. If your organisation prohibits AI use, contact me before ordering.

Do you use AI tools?
Yes. I use AI-assisted tools to help build and check workbooks, then customise and review the output. Please confirm AI processing is permitted and anonymise sensitive data. I cannot offer a fully non-AI workflow.
Can you work with my existing Excel file?
Yes. Send an anonymised sample and explain the required changes, KPIs and your Excel version. Larger or inconsistent datasets need a scope check before ordering.
Do these packages include macros or external integrations?
No. Automation here means workbook formulas, linked sheets, dropdowns and status alerts. VBA/macros, advanced Power Query, Power BI, APIs and database connections are outside the listed packages.
Will the workbook be editable, and do we need a call?
You receive an editable .xlsx workbook. The service is handled through written requirements and Fiverr messages; calls are not included.
What counts as a revision?
A revision adjusts the workbook to the original agreed brief. New datasets, extra dashboards or substantial new requirements are additional scope and must be agreed separately.
