Still running orders and stock out of a shared spreadsheet?
Someone emails "inventory_FINAL_v3.xlsx", nobody knows which copy is current, a shipment goes out without anyone updating the sheet, and the numbers stop matching.
I turn that spreadsheet into a simple web app. It opens in any browser, on a PC or phone, and everyone sees the same numbers.
What it can do:
- Deduct stock automatically when an order ships
- Block a shipment when there isn't enough stock
- Hide prices and revenue from staff
- Import your Excel data and export it any time
- Show today's orders, orders to ship and low stock on one dashboard
The video shows a demo for a coffee shop supplier with fictional data. I shape the screens around your own spreadsheet.
How it works:
1. Send your spreadsheet (private data removed is fine) and what bothers you.
2. I list the screens and features. Delivery days start when you approve.
3. I share progress partway through.
4. I deploy it, show you how to use it, and fix bugs free for 30 days.

I build simple web apps for small teams that run their business on shared Excel sheets: orders, stock and customers.
Everyone works in one app and sees the same numbers. Staff can do their work without seeing prices or revenue, and you can still import and export Excel any time.
I work in writing through Fiverr messages, share progress partway through, and fix bugs free for 30 days after delivery.
FAQ
Do I need to install anything?
No. It's a web app, so it opens in a browser on any computer or phone. I'll show you how to use it when it's done.
Are there hosting costs?
The app runs on your own Supabase and Netlify accounts. Small teams usually stay on the free plans. I'll tell you the expected cost before we start.
Can you move my existing Excel data into the app?
Yes. The Standard and Premium apps include an Excel import. If you'd like me to do the import for you, add the "Excel data import" extra.
Is my data backed up?
Free hosting plans don't include automatic backups. I can set up a daily automatic backup for you, or you can use Supabase's Pro plan ($25/month), which includes daily backups.
Do I get the source code?
Yes, with every package. I transfer the code to your own GitHub account. I may reuse my general base template in other projects.
When do the delivery days start?
After we agree on the list of screens and features and you approve it.
Can you add features later?
Yes. Anything not on the agreed list gets a separate quote. Ongoing monthly maintenance is available as a custom offer.
Do you build online stores or apps with payments?
Not at the moment. I build internal tools that your team uses, not public websites with payments or open sign-up.
Can we talk on a call?
I work through Fiverr messages. Everything we agree on stays in writing, and I send screenshots and short videos as I go.
