Do I need a paid AI plan?
Creating a custom GPT in ChatGPT needs a plan that allows it; Claude Projects and Gemini Gems have their own plan rules. Please check your account before ordering. We do not pay for or manage any plan.
Will you log into my account?
No. You create the assistant yourself in about 10 minutes with our setup guide. We never ask for passwords or access.
Can it make things up?
The instructions tell it to answer only from your files and to say it does not know otherwise, and we test this with trick questions. AI can still make mistakes, so re-run the test sheet after setup and tell us if anything differs.
Which files work?
PDF (typed or scanned), Word, Excel/CSV, text and web-page copies. Handwriting is not supported. Please send only documents you are allowed to share, with no customer personal data.
