About this Gig
Still copy-pasting the same data into your spreadsheet every week?
I build Google Sheets that do the work for you. One click (or a daily schedule) and your sheet cleans the data, updates the numbers and tells you what needs attention.
POPULAR AUTOMATIONS
- Clean messy Etsy, Shopify or Amazon exports: fix dates, remove duplicates, calculate fees and profit
- Low-stock alerts and reorder suggestions
- Weekly reports sent to your inbox
- Form > sheet > email notification workflows
- AI steps: sort customer messages, tag products, summarize feedback, draft replies
HOW IT WORKS
1. Share a copy of your sheet (fake numbers are fine) and tell me what you do by hand today
2. I build and test the automation inside your file
3. You get a custom menu, a "how to use" tab and plain-English notes
No passwords needed: you just share the sheet. AI steps run on your own API key, usually a few cents a month.
Message me before ordering so I can confirm the right package.

FAQ
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs inside your Google Sheet with Google Apps Script. You get a custom menu with buttons.
Is my data safe?
I only use your file for your order. You can share a copy with fake numbers. I never ask for passwords.
How does the AI part work?
It connects to OpenAI or Google Gemini with your own API key, which you paste yourself in a private setting. Small-shop use usually costs pennies a month. Free built-in rules are also available.
Do you work in Excel?
This service is for Google Sheets. For Excel formulas and dashboards, see my dashboard service.
