I will clean, deduplicate and standardise your excel or CSV data

Moving to a new CRM or booking system, or just tired of a contact list full of duplicates and odd formats? I will clean one Excel, Google Sheets or CSV file so it is accurate, consistent and ready to use.

What I do:

- Find and remove duplicate records, with a list of what was removed

- Standardise names, dates, phone numbers and UK postcodes

- Fix spacing, capitals and numbers stored as text

- Reformat to your new system's import template (Standard and Premium)

- Give you a change log so you can see what changed

Not included: finding missing details, buying or enriching data, typing up paper records, or uploading into your system.

How I work: I use AI tools to speed up the groundwork, such as spotting likely duplicates and format problems. I personally review the results and approve everything before delivery. If you would rather I did not use AI tools on your order, tell me before you order.

Your data: used only for your order and kept confidential. I delete my working copies 30 days after delivery.
