FAQ
Do you need access to my Airbnb account?
Yes. Co-host access on Airbnb, or a user login on Booking.com or your property management software. You keep ownership of the account and can remove access at any time.
What happens if a guest asks something you can't answer?
We agree the rules before I start: what I can approve on discounts, extensions and cancellations, and what comes to you. Anything outside those rules is sent to you with a suggested reply, so nothing is decided over your head.
Which hours do you cover?
UK and US hours, including evenings and weekends. I'm based in Pakistan, so those hours suit my day. Overnight cover from 10pm to 8am is available as an extra.
I have more than 3 listings. Can you still help?
Yes. Each package covers 3 listings, and extra listings can be added for $45 each per month. Message me with your property count first and I'll confirm what's workable.
What do you need from me to start?
Account access, your house rules and check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, the rules on discounts and extensions, and your cleaner and maintenance contacts if turnover coordination is included. Guest messaging can start within 24 hours of getting those.
Can I start small before committing to a month?
Yes. The Trial Week covers one listing for 7 days, so you can see how I handle your guests first. If it works, you can move to the Monthly or Full Operations package.
Which platforms do you work with?
Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, plus PMS tools such as Hostaway, Guesty and Lodgify. If you use something else, ask me and I'll tell you honestly whether I can work with it.
