Do I need to have products ready?
It helps but it is not required to start. Send what you have. I can set up the structure first and add products as you send them, or use samples you replace later.
Which payment gateways can you set up?
Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce Payments and most local gateways that have a WooCommerce plugin. Tell me your country and I will confirm the best option.
Can you move my store from Shopify, Wix or another platform?
Yes. I move products, categories, customers and orders where the platform allows an export, then set up redirects so your search rankings are kept.
Will I be able to add products myself?
Yes. WooCommerce is easy to manage once it is set up, and I include a short video showing you how to add products, change prices and handle orders.
Do you also set up subscriptions or bookings?
Yes, with WooCommerce Subscriptions, Bookings or similar plugins. Message me first so I can check what you need and include it in a custom offer.
Can you add product reviews and upsells?
Yes. Reviews, related products, upsells and cart recovery emails can be added in the Standard and Premium packages or as extras.
Do you connect shipping providers?
Yes. Flat rate, weight based, free shipping rules and live rates from carriers that offer a WooCommerce plugin.
How many products can you upload for me?
The Starter store includes up to 10 products, Business up to 30 and Full up to 50. The 50 Extra Products extra adds another 50, and larger catalogs can be imported from a CSV file.
Can you set up products with sizes and colours?
Yes. Variable products with sizes, colours and other options, each with its own price, stock and image, are part of the store setup.
Will my store work well on phones?
Yes. Most shoppers buy on their phone, so I test product pages, cart and checkout on mobile first and keep the checkout short and simple.
