FAQ
How fast can you fix my WordPress error?
Most WordPress errors and bugs are fixed within 24 hours, and simple issues are often done the same day. Send me the details and I'll give you a realistic timeline before you order.
Will fixing the bug break anything else on my site?
No. I take a full backup before I start, work safely, and test everything. I find the real cause instead of a quick band-aid, so your site stays stable.
Can you fix WooCommerce checkout and payment problems?
Yes. I fix WooCommerce checkout errors, cart bugs, payment gateway issues, and product display problems. Choose Standard or Premium for WooCommerce fixes.
What access do you need to fix my WordPress site?
Usually WordPress admin login, and sometimes hosting/cPanel or FTP access for deeper issues. I'll tell you exactly what's needed based on your specific problem.
Can you also clean a hacked site or speed up a slow one?
Yes. For malware cleanup or speed work, message me first so I can look at the site and suggest the right package or a custom offer.
Do you fix sites on any hosting?
Yes. Hostinger, SiteGround, GoDaddy, Bluehost, WP Engine, Kinsta, cPanel and custom servers are all fine. If the host needs something special, I will tell you.
Will you tell me what caused the problem?
Yes. Every delivery includes a short note on what was wrong, what I changed and how to avoid it next time.
Can you fix my site today?
Often yes. Message me first with the problem. If I can start right away I will tell you, and the Extra fast delivery option puts your order at the front of the queue.
Can you fix problems after a WordPress, PHP or plugin update?
Yes. Update failures are among the most common jobs I fix. I find the plugin, theme or PHP version causing the clash, fix it or roll it back safely, and make sure future updates run cleanly.
What if the problem needs more work than my package covers?
I tell you before doing anything extra. You get a clear explanation of what I found and a simple option to continue, so there are no surprises on price or time.
