1. Who pays for API and hosting costs?
You do, directly to the providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, hosting) on your own accounts and API keys. Before we build, I estimate the monthly cost at your expected usage. Your Fiverr payment covers development only.
2. How long does the project take?
Basic: 7 days. Standard: 14 days. Premium: 30 days. You get a staging preview before launch. Larger or custom scope is quoted through a Custom Offer.
3. Which AI models and tools do you use?
I integrate OpenAI, Claude and Gemini through their APIs, plus RAG, embeddings and vector databases. I choose based on your use case, budget and data privacy needs. I build on pre-trained models; I don’t train or fine-tune custom models.
4. Do you build RAG chatbots trained on private business data?
Yes. I build a secure RAG system that answers from your documents, website content or internal knowledge base using a vector database. Answers can show sources so users can verify them.
5. Can you add Stripe subscriptions and user plans?
Yes. I integrate Stripe for subscription plans, one-time payments and usage limits, so you can start charging users from day one.
6. Will the AI SaaS be deployed and ready to use?
Yes. I deploy the app live on Vercel, Render, Railway or a similar platform, with setup guidance and documentation so you can run it yourself.
7. Do you provide the source code?
Yes. You receive the complete source code and project files, in your own GitHub repo or as a zip. You fully own your AI SaaS product.
9. What do you need from me to start?
Your project idea, target users, main features, design references if any, brand assets, API keys (or a short screen share to set them up together), and hosting or domain details if you already have them.
