As an aspiring memoirist and host for a book club podcast focused on memoir and self-help books, I have read hundreds of memoirs. I'd love to read yours and provide useful feedback! I bring a trauma-informed approach to working with memoirists who are writing about difficult subjects.

Beta reading is the next step after you've completed a manuscript. I'll approach your memoir from the reader's perspective and let you know what's working and what's not. Beta reading is a good option for authors on a smaller budget looking for feedback before diving into revisions. I'm happy to beta-read literary fiction novels and self-help books, as well!

In my one-page reader report, I'll provide feedback on readability, pacing and flow, and plot.
