Manual QA testing means a real human tester goes through your app step by step, the same way your users would to find bugs, broken features, and anything that doesn't work as expected. Unlike automated testing, manual testing catches usability issues and visual bugs that machines miss.
What do I get in the bug report?
Every bug comes with a clear title, screenshot of the issue, exact steps to reproduce it, what actually happened vs what should have happened, and a severity rating, critical, medium, or low. Your developer can open the report and start fixing immediately with no back and forth needed.
Do you test websites, web apps, or mobile apps?
