My product is very technical. Will you understand it?
That's exactly the job. If anything in your material contradicts itself or the script doesn't add up, I tell you before I produce, not after.
How does it work with the screenshots of my interface?
Send me high-resolution screenshots and I place them inside hand-drawn mockups. The result looks built into the style of the video, not pasted on top.
How many mockups of my interface are included?
It depends on your video length and how complex each feature is. Every interface needs enough time on screen for the viewer to read it and take it in before moving on, so fewer works better. We use only the ones your script actually needs.
Can I use my brand colors and my logo?
Yes, included in every package. Send me your brand guide and the video runs on your colors, not mine.
Why does this cost more than other animated videos on the platform?
Because every concept gets its own group of drawn elements. A cheaper video explains three different ideas over one background image, and the viewer can't tell them apart.
How does the brand avatar work?
I create a custom AI-generated 2D character that represents your brand, in your colors if you want, and it can even look like you. Delivered as .png, with no editable vector file. It's a paid extra and includes one round of adjustments. Later design changes are quoted separately.
What isn't covered by revisions?
Covered: images, characters, text colors, titles and music. Not covered: changes to an approved script, logo swaps, replacing your own images, or changing the aspect ratio.
I need a series for several product features. Is that possible?
Yes, and it's the most common request here. Message me with how many features you need and I'll put together a custom offer, which works out better than buying separate packages.
What languages do you work in?
Spanish, English, Portuguese and Italian. If you need the same video in more than one language, it's added as an extra and costs much less than producing two videos.
Can you also give me a vertical or square version of the video?
Yes, but it's a separate project, not a crop. On a whiteboard, every text and drawing has to be repositioned in the new space. Message me for an offer, with a discount if we reuse the voice-over.
