How long does a typical email migration take?
Single mailbox migrations usually complete in 24 hours. Small team migrations (2-10 mailboxes) take 1-2 days. Larger migrations of 25+ mailboxes typically take 3-5 days depending on data volume. I'll confirm the exact timeline before we start.
Will my email signatures, rules, and forwarding settings transfer over?
Email content, folders, calendars, and contacts transfer fully. Signatures, rules, and forwarding need to be reconfigured in the new platform, which I include in Standard and Premium packages.
What information do you need from me to start?
I'll need admin access to both the source and destination email platforms, domain registrar access for DNS changes, and a list of mailboxes to migrate. I'll send a simple checklist after you order, and I treat all credentials with strict confidentiality.
Do you configure DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for deliverability after migration?
