About this Gig
If you own a UK limited company, you are required to submit a confirmation statement (CS01) to Companies House every year. This filing confirms that the company information held by Companies House is accurate and up to date.
Even if your company is dormant or not trading, you are still legally required to file a confirmation statement at least once every 12 months. Failure to file on time may lead to penalties or your company being struck off the Companies House register.
As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), I understand the compliance requirements for UK companies and will make sure your confirmation statement is filed correctly and on time.
