No, I don't create realistic models but i do use projection method where we get the look of realistic model which looks good with texture map (color) but without texture it looks flat.
2) You create NFT?
No.
3) Which 3d format you provide?
I can provide obj, fbx, stl, glb, Maya, Max, Blender files.
Most fbx works best on all program
4) What is your gig price and delivery time for my project?
Price and delivery time depends on model details. If model is simple then it takes less time so fast delivery and low price. If model is complex then it takes more time which also makes the price higher.
5) What you need to start my project?
I need reference images or sketch of the model that you want me to create. It's best to use link down below to discuss your project with me and i will create a custom offer.

What is the price of my model
Price and delivery time depends on model details. If it's a high res detail model then price will be $30 to $100 depends on details
Which 3d format will i get?
Popular 3d formats are obj, fbx, 3ds max, mb, blend
Can i get 3d print model?
Yes, We use stl for solid color and x3d for full color 3d print.
Do you edit model as well and fix there texture
Yes, i do edit and fix model plus texture maps and if it has problem on edge loops then i also do that.
How about rigging and animation
Yes, I do character rigging plus it has animation like walk cycles and runs
