• App should be coded properly there should be no bugs or build errors. (resolving build errors will subject to extra charges)
• You should have android developer account in case of android app submission.( If not I can submit your app using my account I will charge extra for that ). 
• You should have apple developer account in case of iOS app submission.
• I will not be responsible if your app crashes after submission.( it means it has coding error)
• If you need an apk or an ipa file i can provide you that on request for you to test your app before submission (in case of ipa file you will also have to provide UDID of iphone on which you want to test the app)
• This gig is not for setting up bought apps from various online resources ( If you need app setup then it will subject to extra charges )
