What resolution will I receive?
The listed packages turn your 360p clips into AI-enhanced 720p MP4 files using a 2x upscale. AI-enhanced 1080p is available only through an agreed custom offer; message me before ordering. The output resolution and delivery time will be stated in that offer.
Will this make my footage look like native HD?
No. AI upscaling can improve sharpness and reconstruct detail, but it cannot recreate every detail that was never present in the original source. Final quality depends on the source clip.
Do you preserve the original audio?
Yes, the original audio is preserved unless there is a technical issue with the supplied file.
Will the aspect ratio and frame rate stay the same?
Yes, the original aspect ratio is preserved. The original frame rate is also preserved where possible.
What type of content is this gig best for?
It is designed primarily for short AI-generated clips, including content created for Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms.
Can you process multiple clips, and how do the minutes work?
Yes. The minutes refer to the combined duration of your batch. Basic includes 12 clips / 2 minutes, Standard 30 clips / 5 minutes, and Premium 60 clips / 10 minutes. Each clip can be up to 10 seconds. Each processed clip is delivered as a separate MP4.
What does the included revision cover?
One revision covers correcting a processing or output issue. It does not include replacing or changing the original source material or creating an entirely different result.
Will 1080p look much better than 720p?
Not always. The improvement from 720p to 1080p may be subtler than from 360p to 720p, especially at smaller viewing sizes. Results depend on the source; a larger resolution does not guarantee more visible detail. Message me for a sample check before ordering 1080p.
Can you add my logo to the clips?
Yes. Add the $5 logo extra to any package and I will place the same logo in the bottom-right corner of every clip in that package. You must provide a clean, ready-to-use logo, preferably a transparent PNG. Logo design or cleanup is not included.
How do I order 1080p from 360p or original 720p?
Message me with a sample, source resolution, clip count and total duration. 360p to 1080p is available; original 720p sources require a sample check first. I will confirm feasibility, price and delivery in a custom offer. Listed packages are for 720p output only.
