What information do you need before starting?
Please share your framework, a description of the problem, expected behavior and any sanitized error screenshots or logs. Technical access can be arranged securely after the order is confirmed.
What is included in the $50 Basic package?
Basic includes investigation of one reported issue, root-cause findings and a written repair plan. No source-code changes or implementation are included.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard ($150) covers one agreed minor bug fix with test-mode verification. Premium ($350) covers up to three related minor fixes, testing and documentation. Both are for existing integrations.
Can you fix subscription and webhook issues?
Yes, within the agreed scope. This may include failed webhook processing, incorrect subscription status updates or billing synchronization errors in an existing application.
Will the changes affect live payments or customers?
I aim to test changes in Stripe test mode before any approved production deployment. Live updates can carry risks, so I cannot guarantee zero downtime or disruption.
Do you need my Stripe secret API keys or passwords?
Please do not send passwords, secret keys or private credentials in your initial messages. Any necessary access should be arranged securely with limited permissions through an authorized process.
Can you build a completely new Stripe integration?
This gig focuses on diagnosing and fixing existing integrations. A new Checkout implementation, full subscription system or complex billing migration requires a separate custom quote.
How many revisions are included?
Basic includes 1 revision of the diagnosis report. Standard and Premium each include 2 revisions within the original agreed scope. New features or unrelated bugs are not included.
What if my issue is more complex than expected?
I will explain the findings and discuss the required scope before proceeding with additional work. Complex architecture changes, extensive migrations or multiple unrelated bugs may require a custom offer.
