I improve reliability by tuning VAD, handling jitter/packet loss, and adding retries plus consistent call-state. How do you minimize call latency?
I optimize low-latency by using streaming STT/TTS and efficient WebSockets; actual delays depend on network and processing.
Can the voice agent support barge-in (caller interruption)?
Yes, I can implement barge-in so the caller can interrupt the AI agent mid-speech using our voice API features.
Will calls be recorded or saved?
By default, only minimal logging is used. Full call recording or transcripts can be added if needed.
Can this system meet HIPAA/GDPR compliance requirements?
While I don't certify compliance, I can design the system to support HIPAA/GDPR-aligned requirements based on your policies.
Which provider (Twilio vs LiveKit) should I use?
Twilio is robust for telephony; LiveKit is great for custom streaming. I’ll recommend based on your use case.
Where will the voice agent be deployed?
The code will be containerized (Docker) so it can run on AWS (ECS/EKS) or any suitable server environment.
