I will build windows application for your usecase. I can make these types of applications:

1. Data analysis applications ( for example you can have a messy data of you office work, and you want to make insights from it, instead of doing that manualy in excel, software can make all these insights for you in one click).
2. Local database applications ( for example you can tell me to store what type of data. and the software will store all the data in a structed way. so you can later make reports etc.)
3. Word, Excel automation - you can give me a template document/spreadsheet and the rules, and then i will make application for you to generate these types of reports automaticaly.
4. Custom utilities of your needs. (for example you want an app to display the CPU and Memory utilization on your screen's top, every time.)
