I feel no real effort was put into improving the site. The freelancer seemed to value the payment more than the quality of the work. The website was already built I only needed it enhanced visually and functionally, but there was little initiative or attention to detail. Unfortunately, the results did not meet expectations. Learned my lesson for next time.
