Project Manager(PMP)

I was construction manager worked around the world from 2011 to 2020. Built chemical plant/ bio-tech plant/ other facility for my global client in China,South Africa, Nigeria,South Korea, Russia, USA,Vietnam,Japan and other Europe countries.

I started estimation work from 2020 for the same company due to need take care of my family in China.

I can use bluebeam to do the take off from the PDF drawing, can use the excel make the summary, can develop the RFP/RFQ package to get the estimation from local sub-contractor, can lead the project bidding and tendering.

I can use the Primavera P6/MS Project/Excel to develop the project schedule and track the progress.

I have the MEP project construction management license in China( Level I), means can do all levels MEP project construction management in China.

Due to worked around the world, I know many countries regulation and standard, familiar with global construction resourcing and supply chain.
