I work with Zoho CRM and API based integrations. Share your platform and workflow first so I can confirm compatibility. Standard and Premium include one agreed Zoho CRM or Google Sheets connection; Basic does not include an external integration.
Will the bot always answer correctly?
AI can make mistakes. I use your approved content, test representative questions and configure fallback responses for uncertain requests. Premium adds a human handoff flow. You should review the answers before launch and keep the business information current.
Are WhatsApp and platform charges included?
Each package includes one agreed channel. WhatsApp depends on your provider, account eligibility and approvals. Platform subscriptions, API usage and messaging fees remain on your accounts and are not included in the package price.
