Thank you for your interest in my gig. Please read on for more details :)

This gig involves an initial discussion of requirements based on which I would provide 2 designed floor layout options within 2 to 3 days. I offer one revision based on your feedback. This revised floor layout will be provided along with it's dimensioned version. Based on the package, this process will be followed by designing an Electrical or/and Lighting Layout as per your requirements. Minor tweaks are offered on these as well

• All files will be provided as pdfs along with the source files, .dwg (only if needed)
• The floor plan will include basic furniture
• The lighting layout will include simple Ceiling design (if needed) with/without looping to switchboards as per the package selected
• Proper descriptions and dimensions will be provided in electrical layout
• Kitchen not included in Electricals layout
• The drawings are suitable for acting as references for site work
• The electrical layout is done as per Indian standards, do let me know your requirements otherwise
