I will create a custom business web tool from scratch

About this gig
Custom Web Tools Built Fast, Built Right, On a Budget
Need a tool for your business but can't justify enterprise software costs? I build custom web apps tailored exactly to how you work no bloated features, no monthly SaaS fees, just what you actually need.
Recent example: a full lab management system for a jewellery/gemology business mistake tracking, employee training records, attendance & leave management, and performance reports, all in one tool with role-based logins per department.
What you get:
- A working web app, not a template
- Built around your exact workflow
- Real-time data, accessible from anywhere
- Role-based access (control who sees/edits what)
- Excel import/export where it matters
- Fast turnaround, budget-friendly pricing
Whether it's tracking inventory, staff, attendance, orders, or something entirely custom if you can describe your process, I can build the tool for it.
Message me with what you need tracked or managed, and I'll tell you exactly what's possible.

FAQ
I'm not technical — can you still build something usable for my team?
Yes — that's the point. You describe how your team currently works (even messily, on paper or spreadsheets), and I turn it into a simple tool anyone can use. No coding knowledge needed on your end, and I'll walk you through using it once it's live.
How is this different from just buying existing software?
Off-the-shelf tools force you to adapt to their workflow — and often charge monthly per user for features you'll never touch. I build around your actual process, so there's no unnecessary complexity, and typically no recurring subscription cost (hosting is usually free or a few dollars a month.
What if I need changes or new features after the tool is delivered?
No problem — I'm happy to make updates anytime, whether that's next week or next year. Since I build these to be easy to extend, most changes are quick and affordable, not a full rebuild. Ongoing support/updates can be arranged separately from the initial build.
Who owns the tool, hosting, and data once it's done?
You do — completely. The code, the database, and the hosting are all set up under your accounts (not mine), so you're never locked into me or dependent on me to keep it running. If you ever want to move it, hand it to another developer.
