Do I need to pay for the API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Pinecone)?
Yes. You are responsible for the subscription costs of the tools we use (e.g., OpenAI API, n8n Cloud, or Pinecone). I build the "engine," but you need to pay for the "fuel." I will guide you on how to get these keys if you don't have them.
Where will this automation run?
It can run on n8n Cloud (easiest) or on your own Self Hosted Server (cheaper for high volume). If you want me to set up a self hosted server for you (e.g., on DigitalOcean or AWS), please add the "Server Deployment" Gig Extra.
Is my business data secure?
Yes. I design the pipeline so that your data flows directly from your source (e.g., Google Drive) to the AI provider via secure API connections. I do not store or keep copies of your data after the project is completed.
What is the difference between a standard Chatbot and RAG?
A standard chatbot (like ChatGPT) only knows general knowledge. A RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) chatbot is connected to your specific documents (PDFs, Excel, Notion). It allows the AI to answer questions based on your actual business data without making things up.
Can you fine-tune the model for me?
For most business use cases, RAG is better and cheaper than fine-tuning. RAG allows you to update your knowledge base instantly without retraining. If you are 100% sure you need Fine-Tuning, please select it as a Gig Extra.
Do you provide support after the order is completed?
Yes! All packages come with a post delivery support window (ranging from 3 to 14 days depending on the package) where I will fix any bugs or errors that arise from the original scope of work.
