Question: What does "1 day email management" include?
Answer: 1 day = up to 20 emails managed OR 2 hours of inbox work, whichever comes first. This includes replying, organizing folders, and flagging important messages. Does not include writing long proposals.
Question: Do you offer revisions if I'm not happy?
Answer: Basic includes 2 revisions, Standard has 3, Premium has unlimited. A revision = small changes to delivered work. Adding new tasks/content is not a revision and requires a new order.
