Our predefined packages are strictly for a single 2d floor plan only. If your project requires extra architectural and construction drawings like elevations, sections, or full house plans, please contact us for a custom quote before ordering.
2. Do you provide the CAD source files with the delivery?
No, we deliver high-resolution, scaled PDF and JPEG files. CAD source files are not included in the packages.
3. Can you redraw an old sketch or blueprint for a city permit?
Yes! We can convert your sketches, images, or PDFs into precise autocad 2d drawings. Every architectural drawing is delivered to scale with the exact precision and detail required for construction or city permit approvals.
4. Do you provide house plans for single-family or two-story homes?
Yes! We design comprehensive house plans for single-family detached houses, one-story, and two-story homes. Since packages are for a single floor plan only, a full set of architectural and construction drawings requires a custom quote. Contact us to discuss!
