Only if you choose to provide access. Staging or a temp admin you can revoke is safest.
Will you take a backup?
Yes. Files + DB snapshot (or confirm host backup) before any edit.
What if the fix breaks something else?
Backup restores us. I also verify with php -l and a front-end check before handoff.
Do you rebuild sites or build new ones?
No. This gig is fixes and small custom code. Full builds are a separate project.
